Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Greenville - Woodruff Road

Everything about the hotel was very good. The only thing that I said wasn't that good. The mattress on the bed was a little too soft and there was a lot of noise at night on the expressway from the cars that was passing by. I will surely stay there again. The price was really great. The staff was really good. They didn't have a good breakfast at all. I was expecting more for breakfast. LA la the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I will surely telling my family and friends about extending stay hotel.

I liked that it was near other stores and restaurants - very convenient. The hotel was clean and safe.

The hotel is no-frills, but very clean and accommodating. Location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, Costco, and other shopping/gas stations and walkable to a few. The receptionists at check-in were very friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was basic coffee and packaged foods like granola bars, muffins, quick grits/oatmeal. The hotel is pet-friendly and the staff eagerly welcomed our new puppy as their 4-legged guest. Parking was free, easy, and plentiful.

They were very accomodating and gave me a room earlier than expected. Also offered me a first floor room since I was traveling with a pet which was appreciated.

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and they never feel to please me and my wife the reception gentlemen that are always at the front always smiling always helping just awesome people all around is it bad after all this time I never got there names from them lol
